Marsha O'Brien, LTSL Vice President. A native of Franklinton and Baton Rouge and passionate about conservation in the Southeast Louisiana, Marsha is a certified project manager and MBA. As a long-time supporter of the Land Trust Alliance and the Nature Conservancy, Marsha has served on the Stewardship Committee of the Catawba Lands Conservancy (NC) since 2003, and has volunteered with other land trusts and non-profit boards. She led the event planning for the Polo Friendraisers in 2009 and 2010 and several other LTSL events.
Walter Antin, Jr. ("Bud"), LTSL Board Treasurer. Bud is a Tax Attorney with the Antin Law Firm. He has BA, MBA, and JD degrees from Tulane University and an LL.M. (in Taxation) from New York University. Besides serving as a tax attorney, Bud is a Board Certified Tax Specialist and a board Certified Estate Planning Administration Specialist. He also maintains his license as a Louisiana certified public accountant.
Bonnie Lewis, LTSL Board Secretary. Bonnie is a Professor of Sociology and Director of the Southeastern Social Science Research Center at Southeastern Louisiana University. For more than 18 years she has been committed to community-based research and development in a wide variety of areas, including urban forestry and natural space preservation.
Jill Mastrototaro, LTSL Board Member at Large. Currently regional director of the Sierra Club, she brings over 12 years of experience working on wetlands, water quality, land use, and conservation issues through advocacy, education, outreach campaigns, science, and policy. She advises the LTSL's Land Committee and also serves on the board of Smart Growth for Louisiana.
Sister Shirley Bodisch, LTSL Board Member at Large. Sister Shirley is with Dominican Sisters of New Orleans and played an important role in leading Rosaryville through a planned conservation easement with LTSL. She has extensive leadership experiences with many of the social service and educational programs of the Dominican Sisters of Peace.
P. J. Demarie, III, LTSL Board Member at Large. PJ is in the health and life insurance industry and very active in the St. Tammany community. As former state President of Ducks Unlimited and an active member of that organization, he offers a wide repertoire of fundraising experiences to LTSL.
Leonard "Tres" Fisher, LTSL Board Member at Large. Tres' interest in environmental issues started as an undergraduate student at LSU, when he discovered “The Basin.” He has been an avid paddler and hiker of the Louisiana landscape ever since. He has a Certificate in Environmental Law from Tulane, gaining a keen understanding of all major federal environmental laws. While at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, he was involved in a project that put in place a consent decree limiting a major oil refinery’s dangerous and risky practices. He currently practices law representing abused and neglected children in custody proceedings for CASA, while maintaining his passionate concern for in Louisiana’s environment.
Arthur W. Landry, LTSL Board Member at Large. Arthur is a Finance Executive with APR Consulting in Baton Rouge. He is a financial specialist, entrepreneur, and executive leader with over 20 years of experience impacting the performance and profitability of organizations through expert orchestration of fiscal, business and operational platforms. He has done extensive work with the Cattleman's Association in the area of purchased development rights, and is well versed in the various tools for land conservation.
Donny Latiolais, LTSL Board Member at Large. NRCS, Capital Resource Conservation & Development Coordinator. Their area of support includes all of the Fla. Parishes. The NRCS is the U.S. Dept. of AG agency that handles the land conservation programs for the DoA. This is a valuable ally to the land trust program and in several communities. There are some proposals to the new Fed administration that the NRCS role should be enhanced to do even more land conservation activities. The NRCS office is in the Alley Bldg. in Hammond, 109 South Cate. The NRCS has a program on rivers and wetlands.
Martin Morgan, LTSL Board Member at Large. Martin's law practice specializes in negotiating commercial transactions, including real estate, commercial and residential construction contracts, and financing agreements.
Mike Sharp, LTSL Board Member at Large. As long-time resident of Tangipahoa Parish, and President and CEO, of First Guaranty Bank, Mike brings ample business wisdom and a solid knowledge of Tangipahoa Parish and the region to LTSL.
Lauren D. Field, LTSL Board Member at Large. Lauren is currently the Executive Director St. Francisville Area Foundation. As a long-time resident of St. Francisville, Lauren has been involved in many community organizations: Former Chairman of the Greater St. Francisville Chamber of Commerce, West Feliciana Historical Society, West Feliciana Country Gardeners, Southern Garden Symposium, and current Youth Director Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Along with husband Rob, they have four children.

Alma Chasez, LTSL Board Member. She is currently serving as a Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana located in New Orleans. Before joining the Court she had a general civil private law practice. Judge Chasez lives in Tangipahoa Parish and has family property on the Tangipahoa River that is currently managed as a private wildlife preserve. Twenty-five acres of that property are currently planted in Long Leaf Pine.
